Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 25, 2026

1. Operator and scope

This corporate website is operated by Zenlect Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. This policy applies to browsing the website and submitting business inquiries. Independent product websites may have their own privacy policies; please review them on the relevant product site.

2. Information we process

When you submit an enquiry, you provide your name or preferred form of address, company or team, email address, enquiry type, problem description and desired outcome. Other contact details, budget, timing and products of interest are optional. We use your email address to confirm receipt and for subsequent business communication. To maintain the website and prevent abuse, our servers generate necessary access and error logs, which may include access times, request paths and IP addresses. This website does not use advertising trackers or enable third-party behavioural analytics by default. On your first visit, the server looks up the country or region of your IP address locally to suggest Chinese, English or Japanese. Your IP address is not sent to a third-party geolocation API for this purpose. You can change languages at any time, and the website stores your preference locally in your browser. If the IP region cannot be identified, your browser language is used as a fallback.

3. Purposes & Retention

Inquiry information is used to assess projects, respond and follow up on potential work. Submissions are stored on a server controlled by our company. We use corporate email services to send receipt confirmations and internal notifications, forwarding the information needed to handle an inquiry to our designated business mailboxes. Confirmation messages contain only the reference number and acknowledgment, not the full submission. We do not sell information or disclose it to unrelated third parties except as necessary for this processing, our work together or legal requirements. Inquiry records are generally retained for 12 months after submission. If an engagement follows, records are managed under the contract and applicable retention requirements. Security logs are retained as required. Information no longer needed should be deleted or anonymized.

4. Security & Data Minimization

The website uses HTTPS. Enquiry records are not available through any public search or download endpoint. Please do not submit account passwords, identity documents, full bank card numbers, original case evidence or sensitive information unrelated to the initial discussion.

5. Your Rights & Contact

To access, correct or delete your inquiry, or withdraw permission to contact you, please use the inquiry form and select Other. Enter Privacy request and provide the original inquiry reference and contact details that allow us to verify your identity. We will process your request after verification. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out under valid consent before that withdrawal.

6. External Products and Browser Permissions

External product links take you to the relevant website. This site itself does not request camera, microphone or location permissions. Separate experiences such as AR may request camera access after you choose to use them; their own notices explain how data is handled.

7. Updates

This policy was updated on 25 October 2026. If our practices change materially, we will update this page and seek renewed consent where required.
